Meet Wei Soong

Wei Soong is a paralympic swimmer with an extensive medal record. He is also a seasoned writer and the Editor of ONZ magazine. Together with Wei Soong, we fashioned a bag that allows easy access to his belongings on the go.

How might we create a bag that can be accessed with one hand?

Carrying extra weight, like a bag, can impact your posture and movement. For Wei Soong, who uses crutches, this meant frequent stops to adjust his bag as it slid forward. We designed a Y sling bag that distributes weight evenly and moves seamlessly with him, allowing him to walk gracefully with ease and confidence.

"I would love accessible clothing that makes you feel that no matter what you are doing, where you are, or what you are afflicted by, you can look wonderful, and elegant."
