OUR VISION

To fashion a kinder, more inclusive tomorrow.

Werable started five years ago after our founder co-designed a hands-free wardrobe with a friend with ALS during her undergraduate studies at Parsons School of Design. That moment sparked our mission: To make gear that truly makes a difference in the way we live.(And to look good while we’re at it.)

Our work has been featured in The New York Times, Salone del Mobile (Milan), the National Museum of Singapore, and the ArtScience Museum, among others. We’re proud recipients of Vogue’s Innovation Prize and Shenzhen’s Design Award for Young Talents. These milestones serve a single purpose — to help design a world, a culture, where everyone belongs, cutting through bias and changing what it looks and feels like to live with a disability.
