Return and Exchange Policy

Please note that all postage charges involved in return and exchange procedures are borne by you.

Should the situation arise where we find the item in less than satisfactory condition, Werable reserves the rights to reject the return request at any point in time during this process.

Incorrect Items

If you believe that the item(s) you have received is wrong, kindly reach out to us at hello@werable.co with your order details and an accompanying image of what you have received in your order. We may then advise you to return your item(s) via a reasonable means of postage, to be confirmed by us prior to agreement. This fee would be duly reimbursed through the refund process.

Please note that items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its tags intact. If the correct item is no longer in-stock, a full refund will be given to you.
