When will the clothes be delivered?

For all non-preorders, we aim to deliver it in one week.

For all pre-orders, the delivery period is approximately one month.

You may cancel pre-orders within 7 days of placing your order to receive a full refund. Please note that refunds are not available for completed garments.

Do you accept exchanges or refunds?

Werable follows a 5-day Exchange & Return policy from the date of order fulfillment.

Merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, new, unworn, undamaged, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.

Exchanges are only available for orders with discrepancies in sizes or incorrect orders.

The sale of all customised products is final.

*All final sale items are not eligible for returns & exchanges.

How can I return my package?
  1. Head on to our website and send us your order number together with the reason for the return of the product.
  2. For products that are defective, kindly attach a photo of the defective part and send it to us.
  3. Return the product in its original packaging with a label that is sent by Werable to your registered email address.
  4. We will arrange for the courier to come by and pick up the package. Please remember to provide your contact number so we may ensure that this process is convenient for you.
  5. The product will be inspected, we will ensure the product is in good condition before a refund or exchange is processed.
  6. You will be notified of the status via email.
    **All shipping charges from returns are to be absorbed by the customers unless stated otherwise.
